Shipping + Returns
 

 We currently do not offer same day delivery for our arrangements. Orders must be made at least 24 hours in advance. If a bouquet has been ordered after 6pm it will be delivered the day after next.

Third Party Delivery Services

Petals By Us utilises third party delivery services to deliver their bouquets and because of this Petals By Us cannot be held responsible for any damages to the products due to transit. Extreme conditions may also affect your bouquet from being delivered for example if the weather is too unsafe or extreme traffic. Petals By Us cannot be held responsible for such delays due to unforeseen circumstances.  Petals By Us reserves to right to charge an increased delivery charge (payable by the customer) under particular circumstances such as the delivery location being outside of the delivery areas listed, incorrect information given, incorrect delivery information, or difficulty or delays caused by misleading information provided. 

Undeliverable Items

A bouquet is considered undeliverable if the recipients address is incorrect, cannot be located or if there is no one to accept the bouquet and no safe place to leave the bouquet.  In this case an additional courier fee will be passed onto you in order to re-organise another delivery.

Operational days

Petals By Us do not operate on the weekend or public holidays so therefore no bouquets will be dispatched on these days. If you ordered your bouquet on these days it will be dispatched the following business day. There may be weekend deliveries for special occasions e.g. Mothers day which may occur additional fees however this will be updated on our website.

 

Refunds and Cancellations

We are unable to provide refunds due to a change of mind or if incorrect information was provided to us. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that the information provided to us is accurate and detailed. If you made an advanced order (more than 48 hours in advance) then you may be entitled to cancellation. If you are unsatisfied for any reason please get into contact with us. You will be entitled to a refund in the case of goods with major faults as per the Australian Consumer Law.
